Southern St. Johns County is the next development frontier and an area company proposes to pioneer it with Parrish Farms.

Heritage Development Co. of NE Florida LLC proposes a 2,782-acre mixed-use development on both sides of Interstate 95, south of Florida 207.

Contrary to what might be going through your head, “Landscape Architect” doesn’t involve a truck and lawnmower. Instead, Brett Kuzoian of Castle Bay Design + Studiohas designed public parks, streetscapes, and even several residential communities all over North and Central Florida. So he sat down with Hugh Ward to discuss local challenges, favorite outdoor recreation spots, curating an effective team, and the unique projects he dreams of designing in St. Augustine.

Castle Bay presented the streetscape design to the Town Council which included a complete renovation of the existing, historic street through enhanced pedestrian circulation, materials and lighting paired with a visually powerful yet sustainable landscape aesthetic.

holds Jacksonville fundraising event

The HealthyU Foundation recently held their 1st annual Rubber Ducks & Food Trucks event raising money for the development of a new, 20-acre autism campus in St. Johns County. Castle Bay worked closely with HealthyU in the programming, conceptualization and design of the campus which was featured at the event.
